:When coming to the vet:
Just like people going to the dentist or the doctor's office, animals can have the same apprehension. To help assist your pets visit our office, we ask that all dogs be leashed and we prefer that all cats be contained in a cat carrier. We have both a cat entrance and a dog entrance. Please use the respective door.
Aashne staff will try to assist you with your animals' care. We ask that you call to make an appointment instead of dropping in. This allows our staff to devote a specific period of time just for you and your pets. If you are not able to fit exams into your day, we offer a drop-off exam option. You will be able to drop your pet off (usually in the morning) and pick your pet up at a later time. Dr. Kile will look at your pet at his convince; he will either call you to discuss his findings or will speak to you when you pick up your animal. Drop-off exams still need an appointment and when you call in let us know that you want a drop-off exam. There will be an extra charge for drop-off exams.
:Payments: Like many offices, we require full payment at the time of services rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and cash. Please bring identification with you when you come to the vet. We are sorry; we do not accept American Express at this time.
:Boarding: Aashne offers boarding for your pet if you choose to go out of town. Please call us to set that up and make sure that we have space for your pets. We ask that your pets are up to date on all their shots. If they are not, we will vaccinate your pets before boarding with us. A onetime $15 flea and tick treatment will be applied for all dog boarders upon arrival. When dropping off your pet for boarding or picking up your pet when you return, we need you to be there prior to 5:00 pm on weekdays and 11:30 am on Saturday. We are closed for business on Sunday, so you will not be able to either pick up or drop off your pets on that day.
